Min-U-Script support provides a high level, very responsive technical support to users. Typically, most support issues involve a problematic ASCII file(s). Please first determine if this is your problem by converting a different file to determine if the problem exists within the original file. If so, please email your file and a description of the problem to firstname.lastname@example.org attaching the ascii file. You may also use the form below to submit your inquiry. Min-U-Script support will make its best effort to analyze the problem and respond by phone or email within 4 hours. If this is an emergency, feel free to call 888-877-1187 (option 3) after emailing the file and description.
